  • Since some people can't read I'll lay down the facts given in the article. 1. The girl was born in Oct 2004 & adoption and her leaving Guatemala did happen until Dec 2008. THAT IS OVER 4 YEARS IN GUATEMALA NOT 2 YEARS!

  • I guess I'll be the mean one and say yes the Japanese DO want to cremate the body for a good reason. Its decaying! No electricity in some areas means they are unable to keep the bodies cool enough to prevent decay & spring has arrived in Japan meaning its only getting warmer.

  • the number of dead is now 44 according to Japanese news but many more are missing or dead in the coastal areas. So many low lying areas that the water came in 10km (6 miles) in some areas

  • You guys complain about cameras not being allowed but in the next breathe complain about the cost. All doctors in a certain field pay for the mistakes or perceived mistakes of all the other doctors in that field through malpractice insurance cost that have risen due to lawsuits.

  • If they'd slash the bloated salaries of all the higher ups then they WOULD be able to afford those camps. But like always, instead of taking a pay cut they choose to cut the things that hurt the kids. Buying cookies just pads their pockets-BOYCOTT THEM!

  • You have to realize that there ARE over 1 billion people in China-these kids have lots of competition & getting into a good school is the only way to become successful for many of them.  A good school means you have an advantage over the competition when competing for a job.
